Fortec use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) not only to define and evaluate our performance, but to drive future improvements for the entire network.
KPIs are used to monitor ‘on time delivery’ performance and the conditions of pallets upon arrival at their destination - all our licensees take the utmost care of each and every consignment.

By reviewing and monitoring our KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, we identify opportunities for growth and future development, spot potential problems and ensure their speedy resolution. Publicising our KPIs and associated achievements also contributes to our commitment to display complete transparency within the business.
